Wojo Zielonka , BA / 90

A chartered accountant and certified public accountant, Wojo Zielonka has more than 17 years experience in finance, general management and mergers and acquisitions. He has held a variety of positions with General Electric Company, most recently as managing director in GE’s global treasury operation. In 2006, he joined Hydro Ottawa Holding where he is responsible for providing financial governance and strategic financial direction.

Named one of the Forty Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2007, Zielonka lists one of his career successes as setting up GE’s centre in Ireland for managing interest rate and foreign currency risk.
