
A financial planning expert who writes for The Ottawa Citizen and has been published in WISH magazine, the National Post and the Toronto Star, among others, Imran Syed has been awarded the Certified Financial Planner’s designation (CFP) by the Financial Planner’s Standards Council.
Syed founded Brandenburg Wealth Management Corporation in 1997 and in 2001 merged with another firm to form Pallenburg Wealth Management. He is a Senior Partner with the firm and an independent, fee based financial planner who serves on the board of directors of Advocis, Canada’s largest association of financial advisors.
Syed was recognized in 2002 as one of the city’s Top Forty Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal.
