Daniel O'Neill , BA / 74

In 2005, Daniel O’Neill retired from Molson, where he held the posts of president and CEO, with more than 24 years of experience in the consumer products business. His career saw him live and work in five countries.

O’Neill began his career with Colgate Palmolive in 1976 after obtaining an economics degree from Carleton and an MBA from Queen’s University. He held progressively senior marketing and executive positions with S.C. Johnson of Racine, Washington before joining the Campbell Soup Company as president of Campbell Canada and then president of the US soup division. In 1999 he joined the Molson organization.
