Phil has been developing battery systems for electric cars for 17 years, with much of his early experience focused on the development of the advanced battery system for GM’s EV1. He has also held the position of vice president of engineering at Texaco Ovonic Battery Systems, Avestor, Sion Power and International Battery.

With nine battery patents, Gow is committed to the continued development of practical and novel solutions to the challenges posed by automotive propulsion batteries.
