David Gourlay , BA / 95

As a director with the world’s largest enterprise business software company, Gourlay works with public sector organizations to address head-on the common lack of awareness of the transformative potential IT has to deliver on significant commitments such as e-service, achieving efficiencies and strong performance cultures.

He is co-author of “The Canadian Performance-Driven Government Program”, which has been adopted by a provincial government to introduce a single-window, enterprise-wide service tracking system with embedded analytics on all citizen interactions and transactions to report on performance.

Gourlay was named one of Ottawa’s Top Forty under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2009.
