Jason Flick , BCS / 96

Named one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2006, Jason Flick is a serial entrepreneur who started his first successful company in 1990 selling refurbished and new computer systems through the internet. He continued on to play key roles in several other start-ups. Prior to founding YOU i Labs, Flick was president of Flick Software, a mobile technology and services company that offers products and custom mobile engineering services.

Flick is an accomplished software engineer/architect who has a built a number of innovative software products. As well he has built software teams, products and established sales from the ground up at N-able Technologies, Eftia, TouchNet, Libraxus, and during his years as an independent contractor.

In recognition of his impressive track record and involvement in the development of one of the Canadian Innovation Exchange’s top 20 innovative companies, OCRI named Flick as the 2010 Next Generation Executive of the Year.
