For a company that develops and licenses intellectual property, patents and counsel are crucial elements. Dodd brings his experience revamping Nortel Network’s intellectual property practices and law firm expertise to the challenge. In 1997, the Canadian Society for Mechanical Engineering awarded him with a Gold Medal.

Dodd was named one of Ottawa’s Top Forty under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2009.
