George Chamberlain , MEng / 95

George Chamberlain was named one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Ottawa Business Journal in 2006. He has been involved in the design of leading-edge communications, networking and imaging products since the late 1980s. In 2000, he co-founded Pleora Technologies, a leading supplier of video-over-Ethernet products for high-performance machine vision, broadcast video and security/surveillance applications. Chamberlain has been instrumental in growing the company from a focused R&D group to a leading supplier of Ethernet connectivity products.

Chamberlain studied physics at the University of Waterloo and earned a Masters in Engineering in electronics from Carleton University.
